Ooo! Big Sigh! After a long time I saton at(lol! just read my post and laughed! Imagine sitting on my craft table lol!) my craft table and made couple of cards this morning. The same way I used to before I lost my mojo. lol! And I love how my cards turned out too:)
Here is one card I made for Gallery Idol 2013.
I went for a collage style. I used the grid cardstock as the background. Then sponged some stripes using The Crafter's Workshop 12 x 12 mask and Going Gray ink. The stamp sets I have used are LLD Journal It-Playlist and LLD Document it-Rock on from MFT. I have also used Super Star from Wplus9. I chose Navy, Orange and Green colour combination. The "&" is wood veneer from Studio Calico. The spatter is from using orange neon Mr. Huey from Studio Calico. Love how the card turned out. I cannot wait to show my son in the evening to see if he likes it:)

This is a great teen card, but it would also make a great male 50th birthday card too. Remember boys carrying the "boombox" around on their shoulders?
