Freshly Squeezed

Wondering why I titled this post "Freshly Squeezed"? lol! Thats because I squeezed this sketch below to fit inside my card centre :) This sketch is from Freshly Made sketches blog, sketch #14.

Here is my take on the sketch. I don't make square cards basically because I cannot find square envelopes in my small town. So, I squeezed the sketch to fit into a normal sized card.

I simple punched 2 bigger and smaller squares of each color, rounded the edges and layered them. Then the center piece is made using PTI's Tags It stamp set, punched and layered with foam.
I enjoyed making this one and came together very quick. I love the result and hope you do too. If you like to play the sketch, then here is the link to the challenge blog.

Have a great weekend! I have one more batch of shortbread cookies to make. Then packing and writing cards will finish all the gifts to teachers.

Thanks for stopping by!

Luv!
