Happy Mother's Day!

Second post for today.

I made this card for Damask Challenge at Moxie Fab World.  I have so many inspirations using damask at the moment. So you will see more in the coming week. Here is my first though.

Supplies:
Cardstock: White cardstock from Wplus9, Pure Poppy from Pti
Stamp sets: Damask background stam and Delightful Dahilia from PTI, Love You More from Wplus9
Inks: Poppy Parade from SU. Archival Jet Black Ink
Accessories: Striped embossing folder from SU, Circle die from Crafts Concepts and Rhintesotnes from Kaisercraft.

Well, I goofed up I think! While making the card I did not think which way to stamp the sentiment. I stamped it facing the left side :( Facing the right side would have been better, right?  It didn't see any difference until I took the photo and started editing. I tried to add a strip of white cardstock with sentiment facing the right side but did not look good. So I left it as it is! I love everything else about the card, the layout, colour, texture and accent. Beating up myself about that mistake. I made the same mistake on another card as well which I will share tomorrow.

Thanks for stopping by. Happy Mother's Day!
