The Craft's Meow Blog Hop


Hello everybody,

I hope you are having a relaxed Sunday. Most of my Sunday is already over as I am 12 hours already ahead of you in Australia. Anyway, welcome to The Craft's Meow Blog Hop. If you have come from Deborah Nolan's blog, then you are on the right track.

The theme for today's blog hop is Friendship. You can find some beautiful Friendship themed stamp sets from The Craft's Meow HERE.

I have couple of clean and simple cards using three stamp sets to show you today.
Here is my first card.



For this card, I have used Vintage Rides Stamp Set. I love the vintage images and the bold sentiments in this set.

You can create a scene with this set, colour, paper piece the images....... So many techniques can be used.  One of my favourite sets from The Craft's Meow.

Here is the second card.



I love this second card. Another clean and simple card. But love the concept of it. The stitches stamped at an angle and in different colours. And the sentiment that coordinates with the stamped stitches. Simple yet precise. Accent with some sequins which is the red hot trend instead of the rhinestones:)

I have used two stamp set for this card, Beautiful Shelf and Crafty Shelf.

These two sets combine very well and images are perfect to make cards for your craft friends.

    Hi Gayatri! Both great cards, but I do have to admit that I'm a sucker for anything to do with stitching, sewing...so my favorite is definitely 'you leave me in stitches' ♥ Very creative!!!

    Love both of your cards! What a cute little scooter :) and I agree that the angle of the stitches gives a different perspective for the stamp!

    Both are just *awesome* cards Gayatri, but it's the first one that really captured my heart! It literally looks like it's raining love thanks to that clever use of patterned paper and I adore the pink scooter and the puffs of smoke!!
