Here is my take on the sketch.

I have used clusters of foliage instead of one flower image as shown in the sketch. The foliage stamps are from Natures Treasure #1 from Uniko Studio! I have used an usual colour combination here to achieve a modern look. Of course, no card finishes without some bling right? lol!
