Very recently, Pretty Pink Posh came out with two brand new steel dies. They are called Stitched Border I dies and Stitched Duo 1 dies. The Stitched Border I dies is a set of three border dies. The Stitched Duo 1 dies is a set of two - a tag and a window. They are the most fab dies with stitching details on them. It was such a hit that the dies flew off the shelves. We are having a blog hop today showcasing these fab new dies.
You should have come from the gorgeous and talented Laura Sterckx's blog. If this is first place of your visit, don't worry I have the list of designers participating in the blog hop later in the post.
First, here are my projects using Pretty Pink Posh's new dies. Yes, I have not one but two cards. The first card I have done inside out because this is a window card.
for this card I have used the window die from the Stitched Duo 1 die set on the card front. I then used the stitched scalloped die to make the window shade. The window is embellished by some beautiful flowers. And I have stamped part of my sentiment as well.
Now to the inside of the card. I have used the curved stitched die from the Stitched Border dies to make some landscape lawn out of Crushed Olive and Mowed Lawn sponged card stock.
I then added some shrubs and flower die cuts to make the lawn lively. I stamped the rest of the sentiment. Accented with the gorgeous Sparkly Clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh. I cannot get enough of those sparkly clear sequins. So pretty.
I really love this card. I have not done such elaborate card in a looong time and really happy with how it turned out.
Next up is another card I made using the curved die from the Stitched Border I die set.
I really love this card. I have not done such elaborate card in a looong time and really happy with how it turned out.
Next up is another card I made using the curved die from the Stitched Border I die set.
I sponged some white card stock with some Mustard Seed, Worn Lipstick and Salty Ocean and die cut using the curved die at three different angles. I layered them and stamped the sentiment from Winnie and Walter's The Big, the Bold and You stamps set. I have embellished with some gorgeous wood veneer stars also from Pretty Pink Posh and of course the beautiful 6mm and 4mm sequins from Pretty Pink Posh too. I think the radiating colours with the use of the curved die, the sentiment and stars go really well together. Hope you like my card.
You next stop is to the lovely Julie Ebersole. I love Julie - her work, videos and her bubbly personality.A huge fan of her. Check out what Julie has done with the new dies from Pretty Pink Posh.
Here are the list of all the designers participating in the blog hop.
Have fun hopping but make sure you leave some love on all the designer's blog. That is because there are two $25 gift certificates from Pretty Pink Posh up for grabs. The winner will be picked randomly along the blog hop. Please leave the comment by 11.59 PM PDT on 08/06/2014.
