Hello dear friends.
Welcome to Pretty Pink Posh's new product release blog hop.
Pretty Pink Posh released two new die set on the 1st of August. They are called Stitched Duo 2 and Stitched Film Strip die set. They are awesome especially the stitching details. A few of us are doing new product blog hop to showcase these gorgeous dies. You should have come from the very talented Maureen Merritt's blog. Don't worry if this is your first stop. I will share with you all the designers participating in the blog hop.
I have used the stitched circle dies from Stitched Duo 2 die set on my card below.
I diecut the circles die twice on white cardstock panel which is 1/4" smaller than the card front. For the background, I have used distress inks - Mustard Seed and Salty Ocean which I swiped on craft matt, misted with water and dabbed water colour paper on the inks. I dried the colours with heat gun, then dabbed on the ink once again. Followed the steps until I was satisfied with the colours. Once dry, I made a shaker box out of the diecut negative and the water colour background, filling the box with Pretty Pink Posh gorgeous seqins - Lemon Drop, Sparkly Clear and Aquamarine both 6mm and 4mm sizes.

For the sentiment, I wanted another bright colour. So I used Picked Raspberry distress ink, which I swiped on the craft mat, misted with water, dabbed watercolour paper . Once dry, I die cut the HAPPY from Wplus9 and glued on the shaker box. The BIRTHDAY sentiment is from Winnie & Walter's The Big , the Bold and Happy stamp set which I have stamped on a strip of white cardstock, cut fishtail banner and adhered to the shaker box.
The card looked a bit too plain. So I stamped the confetti stamp from Winnie & Walter's Scenery: Big Bang Confetti Stamp set using Doll Pink Ink from Simon Says Stamp. Very happy with how this card turned out. These dies awesome and versatile. I love them and hope I have inspired you.
You next stop is to the gorgeous and super talented Laura Bassen. Here is the list of designers participating in the hop.
