Good afternoon everyone,
Sharing with you the second muse from Debby Hughes for the CASE Study Challenge.
Here it is for you.
Beautiful teacher's tags. Love the simplicity of the tag and how the fantastic colouring of the apples take focus. But for me the inspiration is the entire photo. I love the settings Debby has created. The wooden plank background, the texture from the hessian bag and the jute twine, the bright red apples. Love it. So I took all this into consideration to CASE my card.
I have used wooden plank background. It is a pattern paper from My Mind's Eye. Then I have stamped and die cut the Poinsettia from Pretty Poinsettia stamp set from Wplus9. I have added a sparkly gold enamel dot at the centre of the poinsettia. The tag is from Reverse Confetti and so is the banner on which the sentiment is stamped. The sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp. I have added red twine to the tag and a piece of hessian behind the tag. Here is a closeup!

ReplyDeleteGorgeous, Gayatri - this is the second time this week I have seen burlap used, it really does add a lovely "textured" element! Beautiful ;-)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! I love the pop of poinsettia color on the plank background and the burlap.
