RIC #5

Here is card I made for Runaway Inspired Challenge #5 - Honour Spring 2012

Pastels does not go with me as I a bright colour girl. But I admire people working wonders with pastels. So this is a challenge for me. Here is what I came up with :)

Supplies:

Cardstock: Stamper's Select White and Spring Rain from PTI, Bashful Blue, Going Gray and Basic Gray from SU

Stamps sets: Woderful Words Additions from PTI (I need to put this set inside. Been using it left, right and centre lol!)

Inks: stazon Black Ink

Accessories: Square punch, blue glitter from Martha Stewart, scor tape

Happliy Ever After....

I managed to make a card this morning after I cleaned my craft table. 

I made this for PTI anniversary festivities challenge.

Supplies:

Cardstock: Pure Poppy, Stampers select white from PTI, Tempting Turquoise from SU

Stamp sets: Wonderful Words Additions and Background Hearts stamps from PTI

Accessories: Pure Poppy Button from PTI, twine and Corner Chomper

Inks: Pure Poppy ink and Black Stazon Ink

Some cards I made for.....

Hello everybody, I had been away for three days and now I have a stamper's block. Just cannot get into the stamping mood. So many things to do at home, restarted work, sleep deprived......... I think, I will need to get organised but first catch up on sleep.

I have a few cards to share. I made them for Stamping Royality but unfortunately, the contest is for residents of USA and Canada. I did not read it. So I thought I will share them with you.

Hope tomorrow, I will get some time to clean my craft desk and in the process, get some mojo back.

Charlie

Charlie is 8 months old now. He has grown so much. He is very naughty, chewing up shoes when nobody is looking. We have lost two leather formal shoes, couple of branded sneakers and one of my leather sandals lol! Loves sprinklers. Has the most fun running from one sprinkler to another on the lawn and getting wet.Ice cubes are his favourite especially on a hot day. Follows me around the house and sits under my craft table when I craft. He chews up any little piece of paper thats falls from my table. Instant vaccum cleaner :) I am so careful about tiny stamps, inkpads and embellishments falling on the floor. I have to be super quick and get to it before him lol! The most aniticipated thing for him is his walk with his Daddy. He has so much personality and such a pleasure to have him at home. Here are some photos of Charlie.

 He loves to rest his head on my lap. So cute :)

Happy Happy Birthday

Second post for today. My second inspiration from Papertrey Ink DT is not one but two. I like Jessica Witty and Dawn Mcvey's styles. I like their style for different reasons.

 

Jessica's style is modern and innovative. 

 

Dawn's style is comfort and cosy. 

What I did was to combine both. I choose Dawn's favourite Mat Stack #4, Rosie Posie and Jessica's Parisian Lace die and her modern approach to make my card.

Supplies:

Cardstock: Stampers Select White from Papertrey Ink and Goin Gray from SU

Stamp sets: Rosie Posie and Fillable Frame stamp sets

Inks: Pallete Noir Black

Accessories: Cuttlebug, Parisian lace die, Mat Stack #4, Rosie Posie dies from PTI, Flourish dies from MFT, Rhine stones from Kaisercraft.
