I have used three different stamp sets on this card. I have used the boat from Masculine Motif from PTI and the sentiment from Life stamp set from PTI again. The adorable fishes is from Fish More stamp set from Wplus9. I free cut all the waves from different blue cardstock. I love how the waves turned out and like how the sentiment is profound but suits the card. Hope you do too.

Good Morning!

I have been keeping a secret for sometime.It is time to share it.

 I am joining Andrea and her talented design team at AnnaBelle Stamps as a Design Team member. Yay! AnnaBelle Stamps is an Australian Company and I am so proud to be designing for an Australian Company. I have admired Therese's and Danielle's projects using AnnaBelle Stamps and now I am excited to be designing for ABS. How exciting? Thanks Andrea for inviting me to join your team.

Today is a special day because it is a challenge day as well as release day.

Here are the challenge details from AnnaBelle Stamps Blog.

The logo says it all. Use different shades of blue on the logo with white.

 We were asked to use the soon to be new released stamp set and die for this challenge. 

So you have a sneak peek of the new stamp set and die which will be release later during the day.

Here is my first card for Annabelle Stamps using the soon to be released stamp set and die.

 

About our challenges: 

- We post our challenges every Friday at 12:00pm AEST (AEDT during Daylight Savings).

- Each challenge runs for a week, and will close on the Friday 10.00am so that we can announce and showcase our weekly winners prior to the next challenge.

- Each weeks winner will receive our special blinkie to display on their blog and a stamp set (see above) from AnnaBelle Stamps.

Happy Happy Birthday!

Hiya!

Gorgeous Wednesday! Had a day off today. Lot of work got done. Very happy.

Sorted out Charlie's chewing issue. I need to thank Lorena Canto for giving me an awesome tip of giving frozen carrots. This is the first time in two days, Charlie has not gone chewing stuff around the house. Apart from that we also gave him couple of big balls to play with and he runs around with the ball like a kitten lol! Of course more toys and bones. Hopefully he will be occupied with his toys and stop stressing out.

Anyway, I am sharing this card I made for RetroSketches #24.

Supplies:

Cardstock: Stampers Select White from PTI

Stamp Sets: happy Hydrangeas, Fillable Frames and Gracious Vases from PTI

Inks: Kiwi Kiss, Tempting Turquoise, Summer Sun and Real Red from SU. Archival Jet Black ink

Accessories: Woodgrain embossing folder from Craft Concept. Happy Hydrangeas and Gracious vases dies from PTI.

Be Adventurous!

Happy Tuesday Everybody!

A quick share today.
 I played with some Deasy Design's digital stamps using photoshop over the weekend.

I had some time colour yesterday and here is the card I made.

How cute is that image? I enjoyed adding the clouds on the background and three images at different sizes and the sun. Also I like how the card is balanced diagonally from the sun across to the sentiment, covering the entire plane in the center. I love how this card came together beautifully! Just not very happy with the colours on the balloons though:(

Keep Calm and.....

 Monday today. What should I say? Not a great start to the week for me. Woke up this morning to find Charlie, my dog had chewed up his bed to bits:(  This is this third bed in 6 months and I am very frustrated. He has plently of toys, bones around the house and he chooses to chew his bed!!!  I have to get to this habit of his and sort it out, very soon.

 

Anyway,  sharing a card I made for Moxie Fab World's Minty Fresh Challenge.

I have used  Vintage Rides Stamp Set from The Craft's Meow on my card. I love minty green scooters. I remember my dad had one of them. A Vespa Green scooter. Very beautiful and retro with shiny chrome rim. We were sad to let it go for a car when my brother came along. Mmm!

So, I stamped the scooter on a Aqua Mist cardstock and cut it out. I paired the green scooter with a retro pink colour background to highlight it. I kept the card simple and colour blocking works with retro. The sentiment suits my current situation lol!  I love it. Hope you do too.
