Those that didn't make it!

Hey everybody,

Happy Monday! I am back home after 5 days short break. Aha! there is internet!!! Goodness me! I felt like loosing my right arm without the internet for 5 days! This is so not good because I enjoyed my break doing outdoor activities, chatting with children and SIL, playing at the beach, watching movies.... I have just made a decision. I will craft only 3 days a week and rest of the days, I am doing everything else. I have a long list. lol!

Since I have not crafted for 5 days, I am sharing a few cards that I submitted for the Supply Savvy Sub Cal but didn't make it.

This first one uses the sundae umbrella and the sentiment is from MFT's showers stamp set.

This one uses the pinwheel from Dear Lizzy collection and straw from my kitchen. The pattern paper is from Glitz design and the sentiment is from MFT.

This one uses sticker from Doodlebug. The sentiment is from Oh Baby from Avery Elle Stamps.

This card uses the Thicker's stickers and sentiment is from PTI

Finally this flower is made using cupcake wrappers dipped in Mister Huey and layered.

The sentiment is from MFT.

I have a few more that I submitted which I shall share tomorrow:)

Thanks for stopping by!

CAS(E) this Sketch Challenge #25

Hello everybody,

I am so late today posting my CAS(E) this sketch challenge. I am on a short holiday and have to depend on my phone for internet. And the internet on my phone did not work since last evening and just about came up. So I am quickly posting this before I loose internet once again!

Here is the new sketch for you by Jackie Rockwell.

And here is my take on the sketch.

I love speech bubbles and this one is from Clearly Besotted called You Said It! I have used the coordinating dies as well to die cut the speech bubbles. The pattern papers are from Sn@p by Simple Stories.

Check out CAS(E) this Sketch Blog for DT inspirations.
Cannot wait to see your take on this sketch.

Thinking of you!

Hey everybody,

Here is a super quick post sharing a card I made for no challenges:)
I love to simply create without any deadlines or for challenges:)
Anyway, here is my card.

I have used the Ikat Stamp Set from Avery Elle Stamps to make my card. I have used reinkers on baby wipes as my inkpad to stamp the rainbow coloured stamping. I have also stamped the sentiment on the image. Added the enamel dots to accent. I love the rainbow stamping:)

The Craft's Meow Blog Hop Day #4

Hello Everybody,

Today is day #4 of the The Craft's Meow Blog Hop.
Hope you have arrived from the talented Deborah Nolan's blog.

the craft's meow.

But today, we have a new sentiment set released today:) This set is called Sweet Sentiments.
Sweet Sentiment coordinates with Sweet Silhouette Stamp Set.
Here is my card using Sweet Sentiment Stamp Set.

I have chosen Red and Navy as my colour of choice for my card. I have stamped the frame and I cut the frame out by hand. But the frame coordinates with Spellbinder's Label #10. I have stamped the boy's silhouette image from Sweet Silhouette in the center.. The sentiment from Sweet Sentiments is perfect with the boy silhouette. Love the grid paper from Studio Calico's Snippets Collection on the background. This gives the card a modern look.

Here is the picture of the Sweet Sentiment Stamp Set.

Sweet Sentiments is the new free gift with purchase on April 21st on orders more than $50.

Remember! If you make a purchase with The Craft's Meow until 21st of April, you will get 21% discount:) Here is the code.

If you are looking for The Craft's Meow Blog Hop Day #2 post, CLICK HERE!

Hello and welcome to my third post for today!
In this post I am bringing you a new sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch Challenge.

Here is the sketch for you.

This sketch is my N@ Ali. This is her first sketch with CAS(E) this Sketch. Her work is fab and I am a great fan of her work. Now I am a great fan of her sketches. Yes, there is going to be more sketches from N@ Ali. Yay!

This is how I interpreted her sketch.

I have used Papertrey Ink's Postmark stamp set to make my card. The postage stamp set is one of my favourite set. And it has the perfect stamps to this sketch in my opinion. Love the collage style stamping. The postage stamp is actually stamped in glue and glittered with blue glitter. Just to add some sparkle and interest. I love how my card turned out. Hope you do too. And I cannot wait to see how you interpret this sketch. I am expecting many gorgeous entries:)

Want to know what the rest of the design teams have done with the sketch? Please visit CAS(E) this Sketch challenge blog.

Watercolour Chrysanthemum!

Hey everybody,

A quick post today. Yesterday I played with Uniko Studio's Chrysanthemum stamp set. I love the flowers and wanted to play with stamping using Mister Huey. Here is the result.

I love the soft colour of pink and green. I think water colour is my favourite technique. The sentiment is also from Uniko Studio called All Occasion Sentiment. Beautiful big sentiment and love the font.

Ok, got to go now. I have my SIL visiting me tomorrow and I need to buy a baby seat.
I have more card share later today.

Thanks for stopping by!
