CASE Study #195

Hiya everybody!
I am happy to play along and CASE the talented Pamela Ho's muse. CASE Study Challenge Blog brings you another card for you today to CASE.

This is Pamela Ho's muse card for this challenge. You can find this card on her blog HERE. Love the organic feel in this card. The kraft, brown, white and green together = Organic to me. And I love masking technique Pamela has used to make space for the focal sentiment. I am inspired by that and so CASed it. Here is my CASE.

Happy Birthday

I wanted some colour on my card. I love colours. I have white heat embossed Mums flowers and leaves stamped from PTI after masking a strip for sentiment. I then coloured the flowers and leaves using distress markers. I then removed the mask and added some natural twine to add texture and organic feel to my card. For the sentiment, I have diecut five of the birthday die by PTI which I stacked and glued together to get some dimension. I stamped the happy in black then glued the stacked birthday sentiment in place. Finally I added some glitter using glitter pen. I love the muted look colouring on kraft cardstock gives. Just beautiful.

Come and play along with us.
