Curtain Call Challenge reminder and a video

Good Morning everyone!

Hope you are enjoying your weekend. Mine is a relaxing weekend because the weather is cold, windy and rainy. I am catching up on household chores and craft.

Today's card share is my second card for Curtain Call Challenge - Lovely Leaves.

There is still time to play this challenge. So join in the fun with me.

Holiday blessing original watermarked

I have used a negative die cut as stencil to sponge some distress inks to get the fall leaves foliage. The sentiment is from The big, the Bold and Blessings stamp set from Winnie & Walter. No card of mine is complete with the gorgeous Pretty Pink Posh's sequins.

I decided to do a video of this card. It is a long video and I have tried doing a voice over after getting some feedback over my voice on the first one. It is not perfect but I will get there. Practice makes perfect , right? Hoping to achieve with practice.
Enjoy my video.

Here are some photos of the new card I made in the video. After the video I went ahead and heat embossed the big sentiment by stamping over with versamark. This gave the sentiment some texture and made it stand out.

Hope I have inspired you to look at your negative die cut differently and reuse them.

Come and play along Curtain Call Challenge.

Loved your video and how well the music went with the speeded up part! Very cute!
You gave a few tips I can really use, such as to cut trim a little longer than needed, and cut off the edges when it's affixed to the card. (I can never get straight edges to line up perfectly) I also enjoyed seeing how you fiddled around with the sequins until you got the look you wanted. It showed how the perfect placement isn't always as simple as you experts make it look! Thanks for the video! Looking forward to many more!
