I have used same frame and colourful stamping but on a white background. And the sentiment is double stamped.

I have used the elephant image on the background and the pun sentiment layered on top of it. Did you see the double stamping of "HAPPY BIRTHDAY"? Love the colourful fun stamping with colourful pattern paper to complement it.
