Happy Card Making Day - A Colour Challenge from W & W

I am hosting the colour challenge at Winnie & Walter blog.
Here is my colour combination for the challenge for you.
I wanted  pretty as well as trendy colours to use. So I chose Blush Pink and Peach as my pretty colours and paired them with gold. Gold is hugely trendy now. Use these colours with neutral white/black. Here is my card using the colour combination.

Congratulations

I have used a soon to be released new product from Winnie & Walter to create my background peach and pink diagonal stripes. I have stamped the flowers from The Big, the Bold and Extras stamp set and coloured using copics.I then hand cut them out and cluster glued them. The gold glitter is tape from American Crafts.

Congratulations flat1

I have adhered the glitter tape on the background panel as if I have wrapped a gift. The flower cluster is adhered using foam. I also trimmed fish tail banner on a few glitter tape and attached under the flower cluster. The sentiment is from Parentville Extras and the leaves are from The Write Stuff: Leave it to Mom stamp set from Winnie & Walter. They are stamped in gold and heat embossed using clear embossing powder. I have used gold sequins from Pretty Pink Posh to embellish. Here is a closeup.

Congratulations closeup

Now it is your turn to use this colour combination to make a card. Link your card at Winnie & Walter blog. You have until Saturday October 11th 11:55PM to link your project. There are no challenges without prizes. Yay!  I cannot wait to see what you do with the colour combination.

Happy Card Making Day!
