At the Esteddford

Hey everybody,

Sunday was one awesome day for us. Kids had their esteddford and they did well. Siddarth won his Guitar solo under 12 and also the over outstanding fretted strings player trophy. Yay!! He was awesome on his guitar. He played a hard piece of music by AR Rahman (Indian music composer) and Waltz. He played just beautiful. All his hard work practising showed. But in the morning, he was also the most fretting person at home. All tensed lol!!! Poor chap.

Aditi of course won her second place in Piano couple of weeks ago and this week she played with Sid in agroup performance and they won the third place. Sid also one third place in another group performance.
We are proud of their achievement. Great work kids.

Here are some photo to share.

No scrapbooking or cardmaking share today. But will share some tomorrow.
Until then...
have a great day

Hey everybody,

Its been a long time!!!! Thats how I feel. Goodness me! moving is stressful.
Yes, I have moved house and had to pack and unpack and just about settled in the new house.
I am loving all the extra space. Just love the backyard and have extra personal space as well.
It took a week to get everything connected back and the internet just got connected.
Wow! those extra nagging calls helps really!
So I will back in full swing again. Have a I missed anything?
I have missed you all a lot. Can't wait to get into making stuff.

This weekend is Siddarth's turn. He has been working hard on his guitar.
He has solo as well as group.I am busy with all preparations.
So I will be back by Monday with new posts.

Hey everybody,

I am exhausted. Packing is tiring. The dust Kalgoorlie generates is enormous.

Taking a break from packing.I managed to do a card for Mojo Monday sketch #99.
Here is the Sketch for you.
This is my take on the challenge.
I have been looking at the sketches and wanting to do them for a long time.
But today I got a chance to do it.

I have used White cardstock as the base of the card.
Pattern paper is from Basic Gray Ambrosia range.
Ribbon, scalloped punch, circle punch and Best yet stamp set are from Stampin' Up!.
Butterfly grungeboard from Tim Holtz inked with pink, orange and black Versa color ink.

I enjoyed making this card.
Thanks for the opportunity. Great sketch.
