I love the border diecut. don't you think so? I have used the small baubles and adhere using foam squares to give some diemension. I chose to do a traditional Christmas card and also coordinates with the banner I made for the challenge early today. Here is the link to the post to see my banner.

Black & White + One

Hello and welcome to another week of CAS-Ual Fridays Challenge.
This week's challenge is my favourite.

Make projects using black, white and one other colour of your choice.

Here is my take on the challenge.

I have used Aqua as my colour. I love speech bubbles and I have used Say What? dies from My Favourite Things on my card.  I really like how my card turned out. Lots of speech bubbles with one coloured  with sentiment on it. Hope you like it too.

About our challenges: 

- We post our challenges every Friday at 12:00pm AEST (AEDT during Daylight Savings).

- Each challenge runs for a week, and will close on the Friday 10.00am so that we can announce and showcase our weekly winners prior to the next challenge. 

- Each weeks winner will receive our special blinkie to display on their blog and a $10.00 Gift Voucher to spend in store at AnnaBelle Stamps (or something equivalent).

Stretch your stamps

Hi Everybody,

 

Sharing a card using a stamp meant for Birthday but I have used it to make a Christmas Card. 

The girl stamp is from Hero Arts called Girl with a gift. I coloured the girl in red and added some green on the background and made it like the girl is giving a present for Christmas.

I originally made it Hero Arts monthly competition but then realised that I read the challenge wrong. I was meant to use a holiday stamp set to make a non holiday card. Oh well, any reason to make another card is welcome:) 

Off to make another card for the challenge.
