Tuesday Trigger - Lovely as a Lullaby!

Hello everybody,

What a beautiful day today! Not just because of the lovely sunshine but I had a good day. Work is good. Love it to bits. After work went with friend to see Bridesmaids and had lunch. Picked kids from school and back home now for dinner :)
I had made a card for Tuesday Trigger-Lovely as a Lullaby which I wanted to share with you. Here is the inspirational picture.

I was inspired by the polka dots and stripes on the fabric and the distressed edges. Love the color combo a lot. So I wanted to make my own pattern papers for my card.
Here is my take on the picture for you.

I have used Papertrey Ink Polka Dot background basic and Distressed Stripe background basic stamps on grey, white and yellow cardstocks to make my pattern paper. Distressed the edges using edge distressor. diecuts are from Papertrey Ink and Sentiment is also from Papertrey Ink Love Lives Here stamp set. Lace is from an Etsy shop. Ribbon from my stash.

Love the soft colors and the distressed edges and the beautiful sentiment. Hope you like it too.
Thanks for stopping by!
Have a great evening :)

Luv!
